Common Issues

How do I reset my password?

Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot Password." Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the three dots (...) on any post or profile and select "Report." Choose the reason for your report and submit. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I contact a seller about an order?

Go to your purchase history and tap on the order. You can message the seller directly from the order details page.

How do I set up payments as a seller?

Go to Settings > Seller Dashboard > Payment Settings. You'll be guided through setting up your Stripe account to receive payments.
